About Me

I come from a background in HR, in which I spent the past 12+ years working on people related challenges and solutions from inside high-growth, creative organizations in NYC. In my last role as Managing HR Business Partner at Squarespace, I was responsible for leading a team of business partners across all areas of the company in areas of talent development, people strategy and organizational design as we scaled from 125 people when I started to over 800 four years later.

I love dealing with the complexities and magnificence of people. I understand that we are all intricate beings with a lot more going on behind the scenes than we usually bring to work with us. I also get that chasing the idea of the perfect work/life balance can be a fruitless and disappointing exercise. And finally, I know that becoming a parent can throw a lot of this into disarray.

When my first child turned one, I started to get curious about a particular question: How could I have a more meaningful impact on people’s lives and create more balance in my own? I made the decision to take leave from the corporate world and set up my own shop as a leadership and personal development coach.

As a Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC), I help my clients tap into their own strengths, curiosity and values to intentionally make the small and big decisions that put them on the path they know in their hearts to be theirs. I bring my own heart and humor to coaching, as well as my leadership values of vulnerability, curiosity, warmth, integrity, inclusivity and joy.

Some things about me: I’m a musical theatre junkie and lover of the wild outdoors. I recently relocated to Westport, CT with my husband and our two kids (1 and 3 years) after spending the past 13 years in Brooklyn, NY.
